How Do I Place An Order?
First you want to look at the fragrance pages and make your decision on what you would like. Next click on the SHOP page and select the item you wish to purchase. Type in your answer to all questions and then choose quantity. Click on shopping cart or checkout to finalize your order.
Payment & Shipping
We accept all major credit cards including PayPal. Our integrated shipping policy is ideal for our consumers no matter where you are, as simple as a few clicks. We use trusted carriers for the best exclusive rates. Be mindful that there are two ways of checking out - use the regular credit card checkout button or use the PayPal button. Scribble On Me, LLC. also accept payments by Merchant Pay System, G-Pay, Paypal, Venmo, Zettle, Apple Pay, and Cash App $ScribbleOnMe You may only pay with these options if you request to receive an invoice. Due to covid our shipping will maintain its 5 to 10 day lead time in some areas to get the products out to you the customer.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Scribble On Me uses the services of a third party to process credit card information. Scribble On Me do not have access to your credit card information and no information is stored on Scribble On Me server.
Returns & Refunds
In case of a dis-satisfied purchase, please read the refund & exchange policy entirely. We want our customers to have trust and purchase with confidence. Scribble On Me, LLC does not offer refunds. Especially any customized scented/unscented candles and other goods. it is best that you the consumer check all details of the order before placing the order; please call us if you need to. Only damaged products are refundable if the order cannot be successfully created; meaning if the product has been discontinued. All returns must be accompanied with original receipt and post stamped within 10 days of original postage sent date. A refund can only be sent to the original method of payment. If you the consumer no longer have access to the payment method; please contact your bank or credit union for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. A refund normally takes about 5 to 7 business days. You, the customer are responsible for return shipping. Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes; you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes; your credit card will be charged immediately and you will also receive an e-mail confirming your that your order has been received within 24 hours. You will receive another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email including your order details and tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
What happens if my item arrived damaged or was lost?
All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, email us a picture and call us immediately if damage has been detected.
If you receive damaged merchandise or do not receive it at all, the carrier will need to conduct an investigation. Please contact us immediately about the problem within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise or 3 days after the scheduled delivery date in case of non-receipt. In case of damage DO NOT discard any shipping materials and manufacturer’s packaging. Please re-seal the damaged products using the original packaging materials. You must send the package back within 5 business days.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you must cancel an order, please cancel within 2 hours of purchasing. You may contact our customer service by clicking here to email Scribble On Me Candles We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed and/or shipped.
Does Scribble On Me charge shipping & handling & tax fees?
Yes; the sales tax will be added where applicable and the shipping and handling are added to all orders shipped. You will find that information in the checkout cart when finalizing your order.
International Shipping
Item shipped internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. Buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.
What about discounts/deposits?
Any scented candles purchased with an applied discount will be honored only by refunding the item at the cost of sale, minus the shipping & handling and taxes. Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit not only secures your item, it is created and held just for you. Any customized scented candles will not be refunded; furthermore, it is best that you the consumer check all details of the order before placing the order.
Designs/background products
We are proud to announce that we pay attributions to www.vecteezy.com for some of our printed designs. Any items shown in pictures that are not the advertised product are not for sale; unless there is a category listed for that particular items for sale.
Where are the fragrances?
Our fragrance and essential oil listing is on the main landing page located in the middle or at the bottom. We move around our page to visibility. If you would like a fragrance that we do not have on our website, please reach out to us and we will do our best to create/obtain the fragrance. we will inform you if it is not possible (which is not likely). we cannot list all of our fragrances on the website.

The following safety precautions are guidelines only. You should consult with any Aroma-therapist about essential oil usage and always inform your primary care physician what you are using as they may not be conducive with his/her prescribed therapy and medications.
Keep Essential Oils in a secure place away from children and pets.
The term ‘natural’ does not guarantee safety, read and follow instructions carefully.
Unless otherwise stated, never use essential oils on your skin without diluting the essential oil with carrier oil. A skin test is recommended prior to use. Place a small amount of the blended oil on the inside of your elbow, cover with a bandage and check in 24 hours. If you experience any soreness, redness or irritation do not use the blend. Consulting an Aromatherapist to obtain assistance to determine what essential oil you should use is recommended.
If an essential oil or essential oil blend gets into your eye, flush the eye immediately with clean water or cold milk. Seek medical attention if the stinging and/or irritation continue.
If allergic to certain foods, do not use essential oils or carrier oils that come from those foods.

Essential oils do not necessarily have the same healing properties of the plant it comes from. Herbal products sometimes contain different chemical components than the essential oil derived from the same plant. Therapeutic results may differ when using an herbal product from that of a blended essential oil.

Use a variety of essential oils and make sure you take breaks from the essential oils you use often. This is to avoid sensitization and irritation. The norm would be to use a blend for 4 days, take a minimum of 4 days off and use a different blend which provides the same relief.
